By accessing the evermoves website, member app or any service provided by Angela Saville trading as evermoves (ABN to be confirmed), you agree to these Terms of Service.
evermoves provides in-person classes, livestream classes, on-demand video content, programs, retail products and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by emailing info@evermoves.com.au. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All content (videos, audio, written materials, branding) is the property of Angela Saville / evermoves and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercialised without written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, evermoves' liability is limited to the value of the services you have purchased in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members at least 30 days before taking effect.
