A 6-week Sunday morning practice that builds capacity in your hips, hamstrings, spine and shoulders - calmly, intelligently, with one teacher who knows your body.
Re-meet your diaphragm, rib cage and pelvis. Establish the breathing patterns we'll use for the next 6 weeks. Gentle on volume; high on attention.
02
Hips · external rotation
Open the side body and outer hip. Glute activation patterns that protect knees and lower back. Long-hold floor work to finish.
03
Hamstrings & posterior chain
Length without overstretch. Loaded eccentrics for capacity. Restorative finish targeting the back of the legs and low back.
04
Spine · segmental control
Articulation through every vertebra. Rotation and side-bend with breath. The week most students say "oh - that's where I've been holding."
05
Shoulders & thoracic spine
Safe overhead reach, scap setting, and freeing the upper back. Ideal for desk-bodies and runners.
06
Integration · the full sequence
A 60-minute flow that strings everything together. You leave with a practice you can do at home, in a hotel room, in 20 minutes.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is this suitable if I'm new to movement?
Yes. Every movement is offered in three layers - foundational, established, expanded - and Angela cues all three. You self-select your day. If you can get up and down off the floor, you can do this class. If you can't, we'll work around it together.
What if I miss a week?
Each session is recorded and available on-demand for the duration of the program. You can also drop into the equivalent online class on Wednesday evenings.
Do I need equipment?
A mat. We provide MFR balls, foam rollers and bolsters at the studio. Some students like to bring their own - entirely up to you.
Can I share a spot with my partner?
Each spot is per person, but we run a 10% partner discount when two people book together - email us at info@evermoves.com.au.
Refund policy?
Full refund up to 7 days before the series starts. After that, your spot is yours and recordings are available if you can't attend. See the full terms.
